Spring Garden is a future mixed use project at Stadium Crossing, currently under construction by Himmelrich Associates. Creating primarily creative office space, the adaptive reuse of the former Grainger warehouse at 175 West Ostend Street will deliver flexible, light filled spaces, each with private entrances. Utilizing large glass suite entries with metal canopies, open interior stairways, numerous skylights and the building’s original steel and block structure, Spring Garden will have a grand, industrial architectural design that will appeal to all office users, but particularly tech and design based groups. The project allows for users as small as 1,500 square feet but will also accommodate a single office user larger than 60,000 square feet, all of which will get free parking.

Bringing Amenities to the Heart of Stadium Crossing

Spring Garden is being designed to deliver not only chic industrial office space, but to provide food and retail amenities for all Stadium Crossing users (as well as a host of other local customers, including tenants at the adjacent Stadium Square project. We are seeking operators and brokers to bring exciting food, lifestyle and retail uses to Stadium Crossing – all of which will benefit from the location, retail friendly design and free parking at Spring Garden.

Spring Garden will feature a total of 85,000 square feet of space with all new systems, ready for tenant leasing in mid 2019. Project developer Himmelrich Associates has a strong track record of working with incoming users to design and build unique spaces tailored to a tenant’s desired aesthetic and programmatic needs.
