The Bullseye Building

Flexible private office suites and co-working spaces with natural light and views of downtown Baltimore and M&T Bank Stadium.

Historic Features Inspire Creative Workplaces

The Bullseye Building was originally constructed as a tannery in 1900 and is the northern property within Stadium Crossing. It then became home to The Phoenix Companies, manufacturers of the once famous Bullseye Bill hunting attire – hence the name. The building’s current office design incorporates historic structural features including the original heavy timber beams interior brick walls and yellow pine floors. So, whether you are a fast paced design agency or a growing non-profit, you will have a space you actually want to show off and never feels “cookie cutter”. At Stadium Crossing, we offer bespoke build-outs and “plug-and-play” space solutions quickly. The Bullseye Building might have waited over a hundred years for you and your business, but we can have your new office space ready in no time.

Speed Is King & Parking is Free

The Bullseye Building once included a carriage house, to allow traders quick access to city markets via horse and cart. Now, tenants access their markets at the speed of light – courtesy of the building’s dedicated fiber optic connection. From single office users to growing companies, every tenant at The Bullseye Building gets fast, stable, access to the best digital experience possible. Horses are, unfortunately, no longer welcome, but with free parking for all users and their guests at all of the Stadium Crossing buildings, hopefully that shouldn’t be a problem.

Office Spaces with Room to Grow

The Bullseye Building boasts flexible space configurations with great natural light and views of downtown Baltimore and M&T Bank Stadium. Whether you need a desk for a day, an office for a month, a pod of offices and workstations for a year or a longer lease on an office suite of up to 8,000 square feet, we have something to meet your needs for today, and for whatever tomorrow brings.
